Ingredients
- 36 Cranberry Spoons
- Small Wheel Of Brie, Cut Into Small Orbs Large Enough To Fit Bowl Of Spoon
- Cranberry Chutney
- N1 Cup Water
- ¾ Cup Sugar
- 1 (12 oz) Package Fresh Cranberries
- 1 Cup Apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- ½ Cup Cider Vinegar
- ½ Cup Raisins
- ½ T Ground Cinnamon
- ¼ T Ground Ginger
- ¼ T Ground Allspice
- ¼ T Ground Cloves
- Rind of 1 Orange
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan combine water and sugar. Bring to a boil over a medium heat. Add cranberries, apples, vinegar, raisins, and spices. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Pour mixture into a mixing bowl. Wrap bowl in plastic wrap and let cool to room temperature.
- Place brie into bowl of Cranberry spoons. Top with a dollop of Cranberry Chutney. Garnish onto cutlery with Orange rind.
