Brie, Chutney, Orange Zest

Ingredients

    • 36 Cranberry Spoons
    • Small Wheel Of Brie, Cut Into Small Orbs Large Enough To Fit Bowl Of Spoon
    • Cranberry Chutney
    • N1 Cup Water
    • ¾ Cup Sugar
    • 1 (12 oz) Package Fresh Cranberries
    • 1 Cup Apples, peeled, cored, and diced
    • ½ Cup Cider Vinegar
    • ½ Cup Raisins
    • ½ T Ground Cinnamon
    • ¼ T Ground Ginger
    • ¼ T Ground Allspice
    • ¼ T Ground Cloves


  • Rind of 1 Orange

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan combine water and sugar. Bring to a boil over a medium heat. Add cranberries, apples, vinegar,  raisins, and spices. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
