Ingredients

Scale
  • 36 Sea Salt Spoons
  • Variety of Heirloom Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 2 Burrata
  • Olive Oil
  • Kosher Salt
  • Cracked Black Pepper
  • Fresh Basil, chiffonade

Instructions

  • Place tomatoes in spoon bowl.
  • Top with a dollop of Burrata Cheese.
  • Season cutlery with oil, salt and pepper and garnish with Basil
